Delivery and Returns

Delivery:

JBS Group will aim to send all orders via courier within 1- 2 working days if the item is held in one of our Irish warehouses.

However delivery times can vary depending on the destination, may have delivery times up to 6 working days.

We will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible if the item you require is not in stock.

Delivery cost to any address in Ireland: €6.50 (incl. Vat)
We do not deliver outside Ireland.


If you are not available at the time of delivery, the couriers can leave the parcels with the neighbours or leave your parcel in a secure location. However, courier companies may have different rules when delivering parcels, please use the tracking details provided.


Returns:

JBS Group takes back any goods with a genuine manufacturing fault. The manufacturing fault must be identified clearly please, and the goods returned within 6 weeks.

If the product is not faulty and order accuracy is not the cause of the return, the return shipping must be paid for by the customer.

All Non-Faulty goods must be returned, unworn and in original packaging. Any footwear that is worn or abused, or any product with damaged packaging (e.g. stickers/tape/writing) will be regarded as not credit worthy, and it will be the customer’s responsibility to uplift any such item.

The original shipping is non refundable. For your protection please use a carrier with delivery confirmation and insurance, we will not be responsible for items lost during return shipping that do not have proof of delivery.

As a seller, we are not responsible and we are not offering/covering any additional compensations.

For any other (i.e. non faulty returns) there is a 20% restocking fee on all goods returned. The customer must pay the return postage.
